Enhancing Positive Thinking

Image
Ah very happy that you have shown face again to read my story for here. Today, we want to talk about how we can enhance our minds for positive thinking. As we know, our mind is the engine that drives us and is more powerful than anything else in this world. What you put into your mind will determine the outcome of your life. If you are thinking negative things, your life will be negative. If you think positive things, your life will shine like the sun. So, how do we enhance our minds for positive thinking? It's easy well-well, no problem. Let’s start from the basics. First, we need to be mindful of what we’re thinking. Our mind is like a filter that will sift all the thoughts that come inside. If we allow negative thoughts to pass through, that’s what we’ll see for our lives. But if we filter all the bad thoughts out and allow only good thoughts to enter, our life will be as sweet as honey. Another way we can enhance positive thinking is through the use of positive affirmations. Wh...

Ah, goal setting and achieving are very important in life. If we don’t have an aim for what we want to achieve in our lives, we can end up going around in circles without progress. But setting goals is not the end of the matter, we need to put action towards the goal in order to achieve it. First thing we’re going to do is define what we want to achieve. It could be something personal like losing weight or something professional like getting a promotion at work. We need to make sure the goal we want to set is SMART. What is SMART? It means that the goal is supposed to be Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-bound. Let’s take for example that we want to lose weight. The goal is suppose to be specific like "I want to lose 10kg." It’s supposed also to be able to measure it, like we can weigh ourselves for the beginning and the end of the goal. Image
Welcome today we are going to learn about 16 laws of psychological power   Number one: If you want to have power in your hands, it’s not just about having a good work ethic, you need to stand out. Sometimes, even if you work tirelessly, people may not still recognize your work. The people who have power and success are those who know how to work hard and get recognition. If you don’t stand out, you’ll just blend into the background, and your work will be forgotten. So, take every opportunity to showcase yourself, and prove that you know how to work. If you stand out, you can achieve your goals before other people. Number two: If you want to have power in a conversation or negotiation, don’t reveal your intentions. For example, if you’re buying a car from a dealership, and the salesman has shown you one car you really like, don’t just show your interest anyhow, because if you do, the salesman will just use your interest against you, and will increase the price. But if you don...
