Today we are going to talk about "Mindful Breathing" Please don't get angry if my Pidgin has some kind of 'incorrectness', I will try to make you understand.

Mindful Breathing is a form of meditation that has a person focus on their breath as it comes in and out from their nostrils. It can be a small way that you observe your body and the things that happen around you. Some people may think it’s a waste of time to sit down and concentrate on breathing, but there are many benefits attached to it.

The first benefit is that it will calm you down whenever you are feeling stressed or worried about something. As you breathe in and out, it will clear your mind and you will be able to think clearly. It will reduce the tension in your body and give you inner peace.

Another thing is that it will improve your focus and attention. As you concentrate on your breath, you’ll be able to shut out other disturbing thoughts from your mind. You may notice that as you practice it well, you’ll come to have better concentration and focus on things that are important to you.

Mindful Breathing helps people with anxiety and depression. It will help them manage their emotions and it will give them better control over their feelings. It reduces the levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) in your body, regulates your heartbeat and helps you sleep better.

It’s easy to start with Mindful Breathing. All you need to do is find one place that isn’t too noisy, sit down and close your eyes. Take deep breaths in and out, focusing on your breath as you inhale and exhale. You can count as you breathe, or you can imagine that you’re breathing in white light and breathing out black smoke. Don’t worry, as you practice, it will get easier.

It might be a better idea to do it every day, maybe for 10-15 minutes. It will make your mind sharp and it will make you think better. It’s not a bad idea to try it, if you’ve never tried it before. It will help you to live your life well and you will be happy.
