Deep Breathing:

First things first, try deep breathing. It will help you calm down and reduce tension. Make sure you find a place that’s a little quiet and where you can sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take deep breaths, hold them slightly then exhale. Repeat for 5-10 minutes. You will see that it will help you relax.

Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that people have been using for thousands of years. It involves deep breathing and different poses that you’ll hold for some time. It helps you stretch your muscles and it helps you relax too.

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art that people have been practicing for centuries. It involves slow, flowing movements that will help you relax and reduce stress.
